Q.
my six year old is always constipated.he never feel the urge to go for stools.of forcefully made to sit he passes very hard stools. he eats carrot,and has sufficient water too. he doesn't eat junk. I m confused what to do as a permanent solution

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom I guess you have to a proper treatment for it , you can also give her some warm water and never force her to sit and that will create an unnecessary pressure and that is much more harmful . Also get her
Involved in some physical activity such as dance or some yoga or outdoor games that would also help
