my six week old baby has not passed stool from last 4 days baby is on breastfeeding full earlier baby used to pass atleast 4 Bowl movement in a day please suggest

There is no problem with that it’s a normal procedure for a child if the child takes proper feeding all the time as per you are feeding and the urine is good then there is no problem kids can go without pooping for 7 to 11 days also and they are very comfortable with the process
