My six months baby skin is looking dull,he has small rashes,like small pimples in his face ,Is it due to iron medicine as he is being taking iron drops as instructed by the doctor. for the first time today he had constipated stool hard stool, anything we need to do in the diet to improve it for both stools nd also skin .
