my six month son has loose motion from 28 April and he passed green poops ,yellow poops little bit 5-6 times a day sometimes .I consult Dr 1st may he gave coligyl syrup and Bifilac syrup for 5 days ,his weight 5.8 kg but didn't cure after 5 days his weight 6 kg again I consult Dr he gave coligyl and gut germina oral for 3 days its also not working..but he is as usual active having 5-6 times poops how to cure and increase his weight as healthy ?
