My six month old baby having poop in ever 2 hrs and it slimy and he gets stiff while pooping are these loose motion

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he use to poop after every two hours then it’s not loose motions but it’s very normal for his age so

A. it can be infection baby is having It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
