My six month old baby has been suffering from fever since yesterday morning . I gave paracetamol but he isn't well. How long does it take to recover from fever?

A. please continue paracetamol at least for 2 days mkFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
