RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. Yes it is now what you do is put a drop or two or foil and try to pull it down gently do this at least 5 to 6 times in the day is a common issue to be seen but with regular practice hopefully it should be open within the time another 3 to 6 months
