my sister son 1 month 25 days baby he stomach size big and gas motion time and gas release time over crying its any problem I attached pic below

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is less than 2 months of age it is quite natural for small babies without distinction of abdomen because of gas please give neopeptine drops drop to the baby 0.5 ml 2 times a day
