my sister's son currently 7 month running can we give oats to the baby if yes which is best time?

A. u may introduce oats to baby.. ragi dalia sabudana cerelac khichdi puree mashed boiled fruits and veg.. remember one new food one at a time.. chk the first cry pg fr receipes..
