My sister's baby is having green poop. What could be the reason for this?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies gand mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies.
If it is associated with mucous and foul smtell in motion than there could be some infection.
