Q.

My sister is a mom of 2 month old. breast milk is not getting sufficiently for the baby. please suggest a solution.

A. hi parent if the urine output is 6 to 8 times a day it indiactes adequate milk intake latch the baby often take lots of oral fluids take lactare tablet and galact granules

A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oats with nuts, dry fruits, avocado, paneer, ghee, legumes, banana, eggs, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, garlic, brown rice, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
