my sister is 21 years, 3rd month running, having fever from yesterday night, she used dolo 650 tablet today morning, fever not yet controlled then local nurse said take paracetamol, is it required to take other pregnancy tablets in fever

fir fever take paracetamol, and if no improvement, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
