my sister is 1year old and her weight is 6kg .she drinks cow milk only. how she gain weight?

The child is about 4 KG underweight and cows milk is definitely not going to be enough so it would be good enough for you to get a check with your doctor in order to understand why the child is not gaining weight and accordingly they can help you with supplements and diet plan for your child
