my sister daughter (new born) baby vomiting after she finished her mom milk..is there any particular reason for this

Stomach reflux is a very common issue with kids see the digestion of the child is not very proper at this age which is my whatever you give even if it is a mother is feeling it’s very light for the child but they cannot digest it immediately and when you feed your child every two hours as per your doctors instructions you actually end up overfeeding that increases vomiting so try to feed the child on demand and vomiting is very normal for initial six months
