Q.
my sin is 17 months old and weights 9.7 jgs.he has mild left kidney hydroneprosis.he is having high fever 102 103.5.after giving calpol 6ml it comes down only sometimes and fever comes back again. I am giving every 4 hours.is it safe to give him meftal p or ibugesic.which should be given and how much.i gave him mefral p 3ml.only once can I give him again

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician2 years agoA. if the baby is not responding to pcm then give Ibugesic plus In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
