My seven month old boy is having redness in the corner of his left eye is he hurted himself or something to worry

A. if the red spot in the eyes or redness comes again and again and is not improving on its own in next two or three days and the child is also havizng complaints (watery and itchy eyes) then it is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosisz and treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infection.
