Q.
My second son is 3 months old and he's not passing motion. It's been 10 days now that he did not pass motion. We consulted doctor and he said it's ok if he doesn't pass motion for upto 12 days. Another doctor suggested Smuth L syrup, after giving syrup also he's not passing motion. Kindly suggest if there's any exercise or any natural solution that can help.

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. yeah, I had used suppository as well. And it worked. But from next day, again it's the same thing, he doesn't pass motion. I'm worried if this may cause trouble in the long run. Please suggest. Thank you .

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. no problem can use dulcolax suppository. babies less than 6 months of age may not be passing stools regularly and daily a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need to use any medicines to relieve the constipa
