On th fifth day the gestational jaundice level is at 23 and hence doctor suggested to go for blue ray therapy, and kept in NICU for 26 hours and discharged. A the time discharge the jaundice level is @ 10. AFTER 5 days now the test was taken and the jaundice level is increased to 18. Again doctor suggested for blue ray therapy for 26 hours. I request your goodness, that 1. how long that the jaundice level persists for higher side. 2. is it any harmful in giving blue ray theraphy for repeated doses. 3. Is there any side effects.
