Q.

My second daughter is 20 month old and I am breastfeeding her. I was 54kg before the 2nd pregnancy and now I am 50kg. Am I losing weight coz of breastfeeding. Is it normal.. Can you please suggest if I should add anything particular in my diet during breastfeeding
