my right ovary follicle ruptured 17.5mm ET 10.4MM on 13th day and left ovary follicle ruptured on 17th day 19mm ET 11.8mm so when my period will come if i will not concieve baby ..

A. It’s difficult to suggest like that you must talk to your gynaecologist about it and take consultation and avoid taking stress and eat a healthy balanced diet abd are you planning a baby ?
