you should dhave a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherdapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

it happens because of injury , muscular strain or nutritional deficiencies
so please take high protine and calcium rich food more
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period
do massage with warm coconut oil there
