my premature baby now is 3 year 7 month but till he can't tell one sentence he said only 1 word even he can't ans my ques. so any problem he has?

Maybe your child does not understand how to respond to a question in a sentence you should teach your child to do it frame a sentence and then you know just ask a question and then teach your child how to respond to a question by making a sentence slowly or child is going to learn
