My periods were 5 days late, was I pregnant or did I have a miscarriage.. I am not able to understand what should I do?

A. My periods can sometimes get delayed because of hormonal changes if you have periods which are little delayed does not mean that you are pregnant or you’ve had a miscarriage I think your building up things into your own head right now but it would be better that you please take a clarity with your doctor otherwise don’t know what will you keep thinking all the time
