My periods last for seven days. Very Heavy bleeding on 2nd and 3rd day. 4th 5th day less bleeding. 6 and sometimes 7 th day also spotting occurs.what I can do to stop it earlier as I have to use sanitary pad for 6 days and it causes me rashes and so much discomfort.
