my periods are late by 10days I had done HCG serum blood test results shows less than0.1miu/ml . what does it mean is it related to any other problem or less than 0.1miu/ml is normal range or any issue

if it comes negative then try to repeat after 7-10 days.
take folic acid and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

you may check the pregnancy your self at home using the home pregnancy test kit.
it is as accturate as the laboratory report
it's easy to do as well..
