A. it means u need scan. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. good morning it can happen sometimes it does not mean that is any problem just try to be patient wait for a couple of months gradually you will notice that it will become alright on its own nothing required to be done
