My period date was 22nd but my period came on 10th and it lasted for 6 days but then after 2 days it started again in the same way

Q. Hi, I had a normal delivery on 5th October 2022, post that in November I had spotting on 12th November which lasted for 5 days. Then on 2th December I again had spotting which lasted for 5 days and my period started on 27th December (same month) with heavy flow which I believe was normal. Period lasted for 7 days. Then on 12th Jan I again had spotting and on 27th December spotting again both lasted for 5 days. What can be the reason for this?
