Q.

my period date is in nxt week but yesterday there is spotting then im not bleeding so not understand that my periods are start or not

A. get pregnancy test. a variety of contraception is available. you can choose as per your needs from any out of the copper T, pill, condom s etc. they all are good yet regular use important n don't guarantee 100 percent protect in any case. so widely used.
