my period are not coming since 18 month? I have undergone surgery for my twin babies after that my period get irregular

Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.
