ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. You have to consult your pediatrician right away. Not passing urine is not a good sign . We need to know if there is any acute bladder infection or dehydration or something else

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of lack of fluids intake , dehydration or Infection so try to offer water at regular intervals. give liquids like coconut water, buttermilk, soup,lassi , nimbupani etc more dress your child lightly keep your child in well vantileted room
