my one year old baby has fever abt 99.5 but not eating solids only breastmilk.. what to do?

A. So Continue giving the medicine to the child to deal with a fever issue and also would like to tell if your child is not eating much maybe your child is not comfortable due to fever so give good amount of breast feed or any other liquid that you want to give like coconut water is very healthy to go for so try to give more of liquids to the child right now
