My one year old baby boy is making sound before passing urine.is this normal

If your baby is repeating it every time and the colour of urine is not white then it is not normal otherwise it is totally fine. If your baby is repeating every time then in such case you have to consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you were after examining baby
