my one year Baby avoiding eye contact some times he does not respond to his name consiatently he does not learn gestures like bye bye, Shake hand even we learned many times. he does follow even simple commands like Come here, give me. does not like to eat any doida except two foods. he is crying loudly some times without any reason. is it a sign pf autism

It Can be but you can wait up till the age of 1 1/2 years mostly kids learn to respond to their name and everything that you are saying is missing and a half years still since I’ve been through the same scenario I am going to say that don’t take a chance you can consult a child psychologist ones and if anything is positive in terms of a little mild autism or delayed age then you should start with homoeopathic treatment it’s the right age if you start as of now your child will get very good results with it
