Q.

my one month baby not taking proper feed he takes just 5 to 10 mins and he I'll reject my nipple and not take pallada feed also and pee is more then 10 times a day one time poo and he stays active is ther any problem with my milk

A. baby is one month old so you have to give only mother milk to baby till 6 months of age make sure that the latch is good and also the breast milk supply correct or position
