Puss is building inside of it this is basically called abscess which happens after a BCG vaccination so I’m just going to recommend you to please visit your doctor and get it punctured and clean the infection if you are unable to do it yourself because it’s normal you can do it yourselfNew parents and sometimes you’re scared to visit the doctor if needed
