my one month baby girl crying whole day...i don't know why? before two days she has fever

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethvuicone.
other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes cmore conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
