my one and half years old baby having 102 fever..when to go to hospital besides giving paracetamol

A. Hi parent Please keep her hydrated please give her a spoon of lukewarm water every half an hour please consult your pediatrician or a nearby physician also you may use the wet straps to reduce the temperature on her arms and legs
