my one and half year baby was suffering fever and loose motion in pass 2 days We gave him to all the tonics medicines but still he have fever and loose motion . I am very much worry about it please suggest me

A. get the stool of the baby tested vit is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes
