1 PM-rice and Sambar, vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-any fruit juice or milk shake.
7 PM-dinner.
Before sleeping – a glass of lukewarm milk.
you can include buttermilk, coconut water, vegetable soup. Avoid outside food and junk food. Give home-made food which is good for their growth and immunity. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits.
