my nipples r paining nd it has turned red too is it a thing to concern

always apply your own breastmilk over nipples before feeding session and apply nip care ointment after every feeding session.
if it feels hard.. visit your gynaecologist for oral medication

Try applying Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil and clean it up before your next feeding session. If the problem is persistent then consult your doctor for evaluation and advice.
