my nipples are cracked red and am having burning sensation. any advice on how to reduce this

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 weeks agoA. You can apply nip care cream on cut of the noppke snd clean it properly before feeding the baby and make sure you never d’état g baby from breast forcefully and while feeding entire nipple and most of the aerola is in mouth of the baby

You can regularly apply Boroline antiseptic cream which would really be a very good option for you to get rid of the cracked nipples initially a lot of women go through this situation and the other thing is for the timing if you’re comfortable you can use nipple shield by Babyhug
