my nipple is painful during breastfeeding and I could see a white colour infected area ,now using nipcare ointment whether I can feed baby or should I start antibiotics

A. Please get a check with your gynaecologist they have to check what’s the problem in accordingly they can help you do not start with antibiotics without consulting the doctor because during some courses of antibiotics it would not be advisable to feed the child so go for the right medicine after consulting your doctor
