Q.
My niece is a 7 months old active baby girl her weight is 6.200kg she is hitting her milestones early as she is already standing by herself. The doctor said since she is not eating it can be thyroid but i searched about it she doesn't have any other symptoms

As if you are very close to the baby and looking at others, babies mostly learn all the things, so don't get stressed out for that and just encourage and support her in all her activities.
