my niece is 5 and half year old. her front three teeth are not growing . photo attached. kindly help

A. Hi there's no picture attached with this question.. you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of this condition.. usually permanent teeth start to erupt by 6 years of age
