Q.

my niece is 2 yr 7 months old she has persistent cough (URTI) since August 2021 first she was given syp relent+ and syp coscopin then next month September- syp ascoril and syp azee as she had one episode of fever 100 , which got relieved on taking dolo, then also cough not releived .. then in October syp Montair was given for 15 days then in November she had nasal discharge too so syp resway and tab cefcloud was added on doctor added syp augmentin and syp levolin and nebilization with budesonide and levolin her CBC reports are normal & cxr also N what the probable diagnosis why her cough is not improving ?

A. that can be possibility having allergic cough and habit cough also in the baby Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

A. Its Very very difficult to convince no need because the time is been having so many medicines and also to let Liu Dr has been given antibiotics also to the child and the report is also clear with no issues I don’t really see what could be the issue it’s better to get a detailed check up done by your doctor further I have it if anything is required then we will be sure about it
