Q.

my daughter is 2 years 9 months having severe wet cough..not getting fine wit relent syp and mucolite nor home remedies..please suggest some medicine as I am travelling

A. there are different types of coughing and you can not give any type of cough medicine without examination of the chest. you have to give accordingly because if given without examination it can aggravate the condition of the child so continue only cold drops and do not give cough medicine without consultation

A. she has constant coughing..maxtra is for cold..cough medicine other than relent and mucolite.i am travelling so can't do home remedies plus it's not helping

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child. For cold you can give syp maxtra 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold. Indirect steam can also be given. Go for home remedies like Tulsi Giinger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
