its very important to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor.
don't try any home remedies

This can be because of any infection in such case you should definitely concerned with Dr about it because Dr can only advise you well after examining baby. You should not use any medication until it is not advised by Dr consult with your doctor first
