Hello mam, my newborn is 3 weeks old and from starting only her right eye discharge yellow liquid. what should i do?

A. yellow discharge and watery.. this is bcoz of block tear duct.. maintain use cotton ball dip in warm water and use to clean.. press the nose and eyes joint strong pinch do 4 to 5 times repeat 5 times a day...
