Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giverr. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in bbabies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after eeach feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Bonnisan Can be given five drops to the child maximum four times in a day as and when required this is going to be good enough for colic pain and gas issues both so you can give it whenever it is required and this medicine you can give one an every day basis only as and when
