my new born baby his weight 4 kg but the Brest milk is not coming properly..he is very hungry can i give powder milk? everyday

yes you can give
but mam , initial days with newborns are very hard to adjust for mother and child both.
so please don't give up easily.
try to offer more and more breastfeeds.
try different feeding positions.
mam ,the more your child suck , the more milk is produced naturally.
